2nd Annual Transition Fair at Cambridge-Isanti Woodland Campus

This is a free event geared for students and families with children with special education needs ages 14 years and older. Grab some refreshments and learn about opportunities and steps involved with the process of planning for life after high school.

Agencies in attendance: PHASE-Industries, Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS), County Case Management, Social Security, Disability Hub MN, Lighthouse Services, Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Self Advocacy of MN (SAM), MN Department of Human Services (DHS) Benefits Planning, Cambridge-Isanti Special Olympics.

There will be two sessions at 5:15pm and 6:00pm on the topic of Guardianship and Conservatorship will be presented by Parker Satrom Law, P.A.
